FAQ
Q. I’m not in the best shape—will I be able to keep up?
A. Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. You can ride at your own pace, and our instructors always offer options to help you feel confident and supported.
Q. What if I can’t do all the moves or keep up with the pace?
A. No worries at all! We encourage you to listen to your body. Every move has a modification, and there’s zero pressure to “keep up”—this is your time, your ride.
Q. I’ve never taken a spin class before—will I feel out of place?
A. Not at all! We’re all about creating a welcoming space. Our team will help you get set up, and our community is super supportive—no experience needed.
Q. Do I need to bring my own spin shoes?
A. You’re welcome to bring your own SPD-compatible cycling shoes, or you can rent a pair from us for just $2.00 per class.
Q. Are there showers at the studio?
A. Yes! We offer private showers stocked with essentials. Shower towels are available for $2.00 if you need one.
Q. Is there somewhere I can store my belongings?
A. Yep! We provide lockers so you can safely tuck away your things while you ride.
Q. How do I book my first class?
A. It’s easy—just download our app, create your account, and you’ll be able to view the schedule, choose your class, and sign up in just a few taps. Don't forget to opt in for email notifications to stay up to date with the studio!
Q. What should I wear to class?
A. Comfortable workout clothes and socks are perfect. Anything you can move freely in works great.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated (there’s a refill station at the studio). Towels for class are complimentary, and shower towels are available for $2.00. Our washrooms are stocked with basic amenities if you need to freshen up.
Q. Is the music super loud? Will I be able to hear the instructor?
A. Expect high-energy music to keep you motivated—but don’t worry, it’s balanced so you can always hear your instructor clearly. We also offer complimentary ear plugs at the front desk if you prefer things a little quieter!
Q. Is the first class free? Do you offer intro specials?
A. While the first class isn’t free, we offer great intro packages for new riders. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for seasonal deals and exclusive promos!
Q. What happens if I need to stop or take a break during class?
A. That’s totally okay! You’re in control of your ride. Feel free to slow down, take a breather, or just enjoy the vibe until you’re ready to jump back in.
