Welcome to SPINOFF Studios Inc. (“SPINOFF Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or utilizing our services, facilities, website, or participating in any classes or events, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Information​

SPINOFF Studios is a premier spin fitness facility located at 926 Paisley Road, Guelph, Ontario. All services provided are governed by the terms outlined in this document. Should you have any questions, please contact jamie@spinoffstudios.ca.

2. Membership and Class Packages​

​

2.1 Membership Offerings: We provide a variety of membership and class packages tailored to suit different needs. Detailed terms, fees, and durations are available on our website at spinoffstudios.ca.

2.2 Non-Transferability: All memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the class credit. Refunds for memberships and packages will only be considered under documented medical circumstances or at the sole discretion of SPINOFF Studios management.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Personal Responsibility: By participating in our classes, you affirm that you are in good health and capable of engaging in vigorous physical activity. We strongly recommend consulting a physician prior to commencing any fitness program.

3.2 Waiver of Liability: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to attending their first class.

​

3.3 Facility Rules:

• Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are mandatory.

• Personal belongings must be stored in designated areas.

• Participants must adhere to instructors’ guidance for the safe use of equipment.

• The use of cell phones during class is strictly prohibited to maintain focus and minimize disruptions.

4. Booking and Attendance

4.1 Reservations: Advance booking for classes is required and can be made via our website or mobile application. Walk-ins will be accommodated only if space is available.

​

4.2 Late Arrivals: For safety and to minimize disruptions, participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class.

5. Code of Conduct​

To ensure a respectful and inclusive environment, all participants are expected to:

• Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt others.

• Show respect to staff and fellow participants.

• Refrain from using offensive language. 
  
  Non-compliance with this code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Privacy Policy​

SPINOFF Studios is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or booking is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and communications. 7. Intellectual Property​

All content provided on our website and in promotional materials, including but not limited to logos, text, and images, is the exclusive property of SPINOFF Studios and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

8. Modifications to Terms​

SPINOFF Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and/or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
